I’m a UX Designer with a background spanning fintech, e-commerce, and brand protection. Before transitioning into design, I spent several years leading process development and customer experience initiatives, building scalable systems and documentation frameworks that improved usability, efficiency, and communication across teams.
Those experiences taught me how to uncover pain points, translate complexity into clarity, and design solutions that serve real people. These principles now guide my approach to UX design.
